Sales Enablement Leader

Position Overview:
The Sales Enablement Leader is responsible for crafting, developing, and executing the essential tools, methodologies, and strategies that the sales team will utilize.
This position aims to empower field sales by providing education on best practices in sales and marketing, alongside the implementation of tools, technologies, and data to enhance seller performance.
This role will establish a robust learning and enablement framework to foster efficiencies and ensure alignment across the organization.Collaboration with sales leaders, team members, manufacturers, and various functional departments is crucial to accelerate revenue growth and support customers, TireHub, and manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of sales processes and initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
Collaborate with the Sales Operations & Enablement team leader to refine the continuous improvement program, focusing on the assessment and enhancement of existing systems, such as CRM and Power BI, along with sales methodologies and communications.
Establish both strategic and tactical visions for the deployment of sales enablement best practices that empower end-users to enhance customer interactions.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process enhancement in partnership with other sales leaders and team members.Direct enablement initiatives for market entry, as well as internal programs that support critical market strategies.
Work in conjunction with the learning and development team to create and facilitate training sessions aimed at educating the sales team on the optimal use of marketing and sales enablement resources.
Ensure that the sales teams' market behaviors align with TireHub's objectives.Facilitate the rollout of new sales initiatives and processes.
Actively monitor and provide predictive insights on sales data to support strategic goals and business enhancements.
Collaborate with system owners to optimize sales technology tools while gathering insights to boost sales force performance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on designated projects.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Experience and Qualifications:
3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing roles, particularly within a matrixed environment.
2+ years of experience in data analytics and predictive analytics.
2+ years of experience in tire sales or inventory management.
Proven experience in sales training and communications development.
Experience in vendor/supplier management.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Data Science, or Data Analytics is preferred.
An advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA) is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in CRM systems.
Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Prophet 21 preferred).
Understanding of eCommerce platforms.
Ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex issues, recommending and implementing effective solutions.
Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
