The Opportunity
The Commercial Business Unit (CBU) is pivotal to OneTrust's operational success. As market dynamics evolve and products advance, this team remains at the forefront of customer engagement and satisfaction.

The CBU Enablement Leader is tasked with the ongoing education and skill enhancement of the commercial workforce, including both individual contributors and sales management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement continuous training programs for commercial sales representatives and management.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives with Sales Strategy and Senior Sales Leadership.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to produce relevant content.
  • Collect and communicate feedback to refine the enablement strategy continuously.
  • Utilize enablement analytics to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the commercial sales team.
  • Create programs focused on soft-skill enhancement.
  • Establish quarterly enablement schedules for both structured and tailored initiatives.
  • Oversee the successful launch and evaluation of targeted strategic enablement programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive results by consistently reviewing data and developing programs based on insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strategic, cross-functional team leader.
  • Self-driven with a proven ability to create and deliver training materials.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proactive and action-oriented.
  • Adaptable and ready for dynamic challenges.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying role, preferably within the Commercial sector.
  • Certified or experienced in Command of Message Sales Methodology, Value Selling, or Challenger Sale.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering Sales Training programs or playbooks.
  • Experience in supporting or leading cross-functional teams.
  • In-office presence required three times a week.
  • International travel to OneTrust HUB locations every few months.

Additional Qualifications

  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, French, German) is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing or managing Enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with the legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape.
  • Prior experience in Sales Leadership, particularly in the Commercial sector.
  • Background in Privacy, Security, Compliance, Third Party Risk, or Consent Management.
