About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our cloud ecosystem and sales enablement team, you will be responsible for managing, improving, and expanding our existing AWS content center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development and Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of high-quality content that supports sales and partnership initiatives, ensuring all materials are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Sales Support and Enablement: Assist sales teams by finding, building, replicating, and sharing valuable content and resources, and provide tailored materials and insights to support sales pursuits.
  • Internal Enablement and Training: Create and disseminate training materials and resources to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication across numerous partner and alliance teams and markets, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on key initiatives and goals.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Writing and Communication Skills: Proven ability to create clear, compelling content and facilitate effective communication across teams.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively across various teams and individuals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Self-Starter and Resourceful: A self-starter who takes initiative and is resourceful in finding solutions and driving results.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with early career experience in content creation, sales support, or a related role preferred.
