Overview: Join the Client Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) Technology Team as a Product Manager, where you will oversee our Sales Technology platforms and experiences aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining a robust sales channel. This role is crucial for collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to identify needs, explore industry solutions, and establish a strategic vision for creating an integrated and enjoyable customer experience.

The Sales & Growth product management team is responsible for managing the sales platforms and capabilities that facilitate the end-to-end sales cycle for both direct and partner sales teams. Our team focuses on enhancing the experience of Sales Agents and Partners while working closely with other technology teams that develop shared capabilities.

We are in search of a product leader who can exhibit strategic leadership and has a proven history of delivering innovative technology and experiences at scale within a platform and services ecosystem that empowers sales professionals to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit thought leadership and drive the strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities.
  • Manage product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities for your domain.
  • Utilize data to inform decisions and establish metrics to monitor your objectives.
  • Develop mechanisms to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales needs through direct engagement and prioritize their feedback in the product roadmap.
  • Lead execution against plans, proactively identifying risks and facilitating discussions through clear communication with internal and dependent technology teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales business owners to implement the strategy, vision, and prioritization of products/features across our Sales technology ecosystem.
  • Ensure User Stories accurately reflect customer needs and articulate work clearly, including well-defined acceptance criteria and consideration of dependencies on other initiatives.
  • Effectively engage and influence Senior Leadership.

Education: A BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
