POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a crucial role in representing our organization's employer brand to prospective candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. This position is responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy by overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will actively seek and attract top talent to meet the demands of our expanding operations.

WORK LOCATION:

This role is based in an office environment, allowing for in-person collaboration and community engagement as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies, including outreach initiatives and social media campaigns tailored to enhance employer visibility.
  • Utilize ATS to generate reports on workforce analytics and track recruitment outcomes.
  • Work closely with HR leadership to identify and address current and future staffing requirements.
  • Expand applicant sources by engaging with community organizations, educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and online platforms; providing information about the organization, available opportunities, and benefits; and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Assess candidate qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and comparison against job specifications.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the interview process, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Fill vacancies promptly while achieving organizational goals related to recruitment.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions for new roles.
  • Maintain the ATS system accurately, including job postings, candidate management, and communication.
  • Coordinate with leadership to determine optimal timing for recruitment cycles.
  • Provide weekly updates to hiring managers regarding the status of recruitment efforts.
  • In partnership with other departments, lead initiatives for external recruitment, including career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies for various roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and social media platforms; experience with Workday's recruitment system is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing talent strategies, including succession planning and employer branding.
  • Strong understanding of organizational roles and functions.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to be available for candidates and managers outside of regular hours when necessary.
  • Travel to various locations may be required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years in a related field.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must have and maintain proof of automobile insurance.
CARE & TCI

All employees are expected to align their performance with our core philosophy of CARE, ensuring that all actions and communications reflect our commitment to development, family involvement, relationship building, ecological awareness, competence, and trauma-informed practices. Participation in CARE training is mandatory, and employees must apply this training in their daily responsibilities.

Additionally, employees are required to complete TCI training and remain current on refresher courses provided monthly. Regular assessments will be conducted to ensure compliance with training requirements.
