Position: Assessment Center Supervisor
Shifts Available: Day Shift: 7am-7pm & Night Shift: 7pm-7am
Compensation: $20-23 per hour

Role Overview: As the Assessment Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the welfare of youth in our care. Your duties will include providing guidance, implementing essential services, engaging in assessment processes, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a social services environment
  • Experience working with youth in a supportive capacity
Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid NC driver's license
  • Successful completion of all required screenings and training programs
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
