Position: Assessment Center Supervisor
Shifts Available: Day Shift: 7am-7pm & Night Shift: 7pm-7am
Compensation: $20-23 per hour

Role Overview: As the Assessment Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the well-being of youth, providing essential supervision, implementing various services, engaging in assessment processes, and ensuring the safety of the facility.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a social services environment
  • Experience in a supportive capacity working with youth
Requirements:
  • Possession of a valid NC driver's license
  • Successful completion of all necessary screenings and training programs
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
