About the Position


Stanford University is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator Associate to join our team.



Job Summary


The successful candidate will work under the direction of principal investigators, coordinating moderately complex tasks related to clinical studies. This includes working with research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies, as well as ensuring compliance with research protocols.



Key Responsibilities



  • Serving as primary contact with research participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies
  • Coordinating studies, determining participant eligibility, and ensuring compliance with research protocols
  • Working under the direction of principal investigators to coordinate moderately complex tasks


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with participants, sponsors, and regulatory agencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage data and maintain records
  • Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document study procedures
