Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Yarrow Group. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, upgrades, room moves, billing, and guest follow-up.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train front desk agents to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures for the front desk team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of front desk experience, with a strong background in supervisory roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of resolving guest problems and expediting solutions.
  • Understanding of daily hotel operations and systems.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.
