Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Snow King Resort Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of front desk operations, including scheduling employees, monitoring performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling employees and monitoring performance
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt, professional attention and responding to complaints
- Implement service recovery gestures to resolve guest issues
- Communicate with staff to ensure VIP and special needs are met
- Assist in achieving departmental guest satisfaction, revenue, and profit goals
- Manage labor costs and expenses within budget
- Ensure security of monies, credit, and financial transactions, and guest security
- Two years front desk experience
- One year supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well with others to resolve problems
- Knowledge of computers and organizational skills
The compensation for this position is $65,000.00/Yr. - $65,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
