Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Snow King Resort Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of front desk operations, including scheduling employees, monitoring performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling employees and monitoring performance
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt, professional attention and responding to complaints
  • Implement service recovery gestures to resolve guest issues
  • Communicate with staff to ensure VIP and special needs are met
  • Assist in achieving departmental guest satisfaction, revenue, and profit goals
  • Manage labor costs and expenses within budget
  • Ensure security of monies, credit, and financial transactions, and guest security
Requirements
  • Two years front desk experience
  • One year supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well with others to resolve problems
  • Knowledge of computers and organizational skills
Compensation

The compensation for this position is $65,000.00/Yr. - $65,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
