About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pepsi Beverages North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
  • Utilize leading-edge technology and programs to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Work independently with a high degree of autonomy, while also receiving coaching and direction as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL or ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment.
  • Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
  • Ability to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel repair, hydraulic and air brake systems, and internal combustible engines.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance and adherence to DOT regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience repairing forklifts and working with computers.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing standards and ability to work with electronics.
  • Driving experience with Class A or B CDL.
  • Experience repairing heavy-duty equipment and light trucks.
