About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Western Washington portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Supervisors and associates to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure that properties are maintained to our high standards
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality work and optimal pricing
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance operations management, preferably in a multi-site setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
