Key Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the operational team, the supervisor will oversee the daily upkeep of facilities. Responsibilities include:
  • Assigning tasks, inspecting completed work, and addressing complaints related to janitorial services.
  • Ordering and retrieving janitorial supplies and equipment, conducting inventories, and performing audits.
  • Training and supervising new employees, filling in during staff shortages, and occasionally interacting with clients.
  • Coordinating activities of staff across multiple locations engaged in janitorial services.
  • Assigning cleaning tasks based on material and work requirements.
  • Inspecting work to ensure compliance with specifications and established standards.
  • Providing coaching to staff to resolve production and personnel issues.
  • Training employees in cleaning methods, procedures, and proper equipment usage.
  • Issuing supplies and equipment to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction with team performance.
  • Conducting regular quality inspections of assigned accounts and taking appropriate actions based on findings.
  • Holding regular feedback sessions with staff to discuss performance and development objectives.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and training programs.

Administrative Duties:
Handling administrative responsibilities for assigned accounts, including:
  • Timekeeping and documentation of employee performance and safety.
  • Maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
