Job Title: Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
