EAC Culture
The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing EAC's marketing strategies. This position is focused on executing effective marketing initiatives, crafting compelling content, and implementing strategies that engage and resonate with target audiences. The Senior Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business goals, drive growth, and promote collaboration within the team.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to showcase our products and services, enhancing lead nurturing across various channels such as email, social media, digital advertising, and content marketing.
  • Produce high-quality content for diverse marketing platforms, including blog articles, case studies, social media updates, and other innovative formats to inform and engage our audience.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign innovation and optimization that align with company objectives, attract potential customers, and support the customer journey, including the creation of sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns from inception to execution, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on their performance.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, optimized for search engines, and consistent with brand messaging.
  • Assist in the creation of materials, presentations, and sales collateral to boost brand visibility.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of product launches, promotional events, trade shows, and internal marketing updates.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies, sharing insights with the broader team.
  • Lead significant projects, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Perform additional duties as required by company needs.

Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, strategic marketing, product marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data management and governance, including data cleansing and quality management.
  • Familiarity with HTML, digital tools, and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRMs, and WordPress.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Suite products.
  • Experience with project management platforms and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including CRMs and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to measuring campaign success.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive projects, multitask, and meet corporate objectives under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with focus and discipline.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality output.

Compensation and Benefits
The base annual salary for this full-time position is $70K, with the potential for a 5% KPI bonus. Benefits include:
