    • Conduct status reviews and team meetings that align with Lola Red's entrepreneurial spirit and EOS processes.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years in public relations, with a preference for a strong media relations background.
  • 3+ years of agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing a high-performing team.
  • 5+ years of experience in relationship building and strategic PR, marketing, or communications.
  • Deep understanding of the current media landscape and earned media strategies, with established media relationships at the local, regional, and national levels.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, flexible work environment.
