Job Description:
As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering long-term relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sales territories and prioritize activities to maximize revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet/exceed assigned targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the food equipment industry
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Compensation:
Average salary range: $106,000 - $153,000
