**Account Growth Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Skylight. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the key club channels, including Costco and Sam's Club.

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing multiple projects, building relationships with buyers, and achieving performance scorecards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Manage multiple projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Leverage data analytics to inform business decisions

**Requirements:** 3-5 years of major account sales management experience, minimum 2 years of recent Club channel management experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Compensation Package:** Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $120k-$140K, equity package, 401K matching, wellness, learning, and home-office budgets, health, dental & vision medical plans, unlimited PTO, and company holidays on the first Friday of every month (except November & December).
