Position Overview

KPS3 is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to oversee our marketing initiatives and lead a dynamic team of strategists, creatives, and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor budget performance and provide updates to the team.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal website performance.
  • Encourage team accountability for deliverables and timelines.
  • Assess campaign effectiveness with the Digital Marketing Management team.
  • Analyze performance reports and strategize improvements with the team.
  • Work closely with the Public Relations team to devise upcoming pitches.
  • Review social media engagement metrics with the social media team.
  • Plan a comprehensive marketing strategy for the upcoming months.
  • Respond promptly to urgent client inquiries.
  • Manage billing processes efficiently.
  • Maintain a consistent workflow and adapt as necessary.
