  • Lead a team of operations managers to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a senior operations management role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving efficiency
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or other project management certification
  • Six Sigma training or certification

Education:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 14 years of experience related to the job description
