The individual will serve as the primary representative for the client program management function for designated accounts, collaborating with both internal and external partners to enhance program oversight, delivery, reporting, and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts on a daily basis.
  • Oversee a portfolio of complex programs, adjusting to varying levels of account and program intricacy based on experience and client objectives.
  • Manage comprehensive program activities for customized accounts and initiatives, including sales support, proposal development, pricing strategies, project planning, and design, as well as content oversight and program coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional groups to establish new processes and policies that prioritize programs and meet client expectations.
  • Set, monitor, and report on client objectives to both internal and external partners.
  • Develop a structured account management framework, including regular touchpoints and reporting mechanisms to proactively nurture relationships with enterprise accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic growth within enterprise accounts and programs.
  • Implement monthly health reporting for assigned accounts and provide updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Recognize, communicate, and address program risks and challenges as necessary.
  • Maintain precise client records across all internal systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Craft and execute detailed communication plans for stakeholders, ensuring timely updates regarding program changes or issues.
  • Support the achievement of broader organizational goals and client objectives.
  • Manage and facilitate events for enterprise accounts as required.
  • Handle special billing arrangements for enterprise accounts.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for on-site event support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience is required.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts or similar initiatives.
  • Experience in account management and project management is essential.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
