Branch Sales Manager

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Branch Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability at our Kansas City location.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily store operations and achieve established sales and profitability goals.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive sales growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Manage inventory accuracy and ensure all company assets are protected from theft or damage.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and management in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail store environment.
