About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Ole Mexican Foods, INC.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with customers and Independent Operators to achieve maximum profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with independent operators, store managers, and key customer decision makers.
  • Ensure sales budgets are achieved while delivering exceptional customer service to various customer accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage prospects to acquire incremental sales.
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies to influence growth opportunities.
  • Review weekly Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports to address deficiencies and ensure proper product rotation.
  • Communicate regularly with Division Sales Manager on sales activities, progress toward goals, and status of prospective customers.
  • Secure incremental space and displays through regular customer visits.
  • Ensure Independent Operators in assigned areas adhere to Olé IO expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales role.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR record required.
  • Able to carry 20-40 pounds and maintain vehicle/truck cleanliness.
  • Availability to run routes during planned or unplanned disruptions.
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
