Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet and Conferences Concierge to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a Banquet and Conferences Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring that all banquet events are executed flawlessly, from setup to execution. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring that all guest needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with group coordinators/host(ess) prior to functions to ensure all arrangements are agreeable
  • Analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine proper setup, timeline, and specific guest needs
  • Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
