Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Royal Senior Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources and community partners
- Coordinate and direct marketing-specific in-house special events
- Develop and present monthly marketing statistics and reports
- Represent the company at community events and conferences
- Provide in-service presentations to key referral sources
- Maintain positive relationships with key professional sources
- Attend various administrative meetings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Computer literate with extensive knowledge of PC programs, including Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to speak publicly and communicate effectively in English
The successful candidate will be required to work in a well-lit and well-ventilated area, with a non-smoking environment. The position requires the ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

A high school degree or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred, or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Language SkillsThe successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Ability to communicate in a foreign language, especially in Spanish, is desirable.
Mathematical SkillsThe successful candidate must be able to calculate and gather information for statistical use, and work within the department's budget.
Reasoning AbilityThe successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deal effectively with people, be self-motivated and resourceful.
