Location: Bay Area (General application for all clinics in the region)

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $23 - $26/hr plus commission opportunities

Schedule: Availability during clinic operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in a retail environment.
  • Capability to lift and transport inventory and equipment, with a maximum weight of 25 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients both in-person and over the phone.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by providing personalized service and guidance on skincare treatments.
  • Promote and educate clients about our innovative no-downtime facials and Skin Laundry products tailored to their needs.
  • Support the clinic's operational success by enhancing efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both clients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail, preferably in skincare or aesthetics.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable client interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
