Educational Requirements:
A Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or related fields.

Reports to:
Program Director

Compensation:
$73,346 annually plus opportunities for quarterly bonuses.

Candidate Profile:
- Must possess a Master's Degree in relevant fields.
- Experience in the human services sector is essential.
- A valid California Driver's license in good standing and insurance is required.
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual or developmental disabilities is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or Tagalog, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proximity to the catchment area is necessary for timely crisis response.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis support to individuals, including preventative, acute, or chronic management.
- Develop Stabilization Plans and conduct Case Reviews.
- Collaborate with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.
- Participate in a hotline rotation for acute crisis calls.
- Engage in clinical training sessions.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary planning meetings and foster strong team collaboration.
