ABOUT THE POSITION
SIGNING BONUS:
New, full-time, regular hire Crisis Specialists (Associate or Licensed) are eligible for a $10,000 signing bonus, distributed in two equal payments.
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:
We have openings for Crisis Specialist (Associate or Licensed) positions.
MOBILE CRISIS CONTINUUM:
The Mobile Crisis Continuum unit includes the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) and the Transition and Outreach Team (TOT). Both teams collaborate closely, with all clinicians trained to initiate necessary interventions.
MCRT: Responsibilities include community-based intervention as part of a two-person team responding to acute behavioral health crises. Clinicians will also manage calls for service, provide consultations, and document all interactions in the designated Electronic Health Record (EHR).
TOT: This team focuses on short-term, intensive case management, working alongside a Peer Support Specialist to connect clients with long-term behavioral health services.
Current Vacancies:
MCRT: Currently, there are two (2) vacancies for a regular ongoing position.
Highly Desirable: Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are preferred.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with clients facing severe mental health challenges in crisis situations. Strong diagnostic skills, the ability to document clinical information accurately, and the capacity to create effective treatment plans are essential.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EITHER possession of a Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field OR a Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, along with one year of clinical behavioral health experience under qualified supervision.
