About Bonita House: Bonita House, Inc. (BHI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health support in Alameda County.

Our Vision: To empower individuals facing mental health challenges towards recovery and independence.

Role Summary: The Lead Mental Health Clinician is responsible for delivering crisis intervention services within the CATT and Crisis Services programs.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide direct crisis intervention and management
· Ensure timely documentation and adherence to compliance standards
· Support the maintenance of field standards
· Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing training
· Manage billing and track program outcomes
· Engage in community outreach and provide in-field training

Qualifications:

Proven experience in crisis management and working with diverse populations

Registered with the California Behavioral Sciences Board

At least two years of experience in behavioral health

Certification in Basic Life Support

Familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems

Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer, capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, and local travel may be required.
