Inside Sales Customer Support Specialist

Overview:
Dexter, a leading manufacturer and distributor of axles, suspension systems, braking components, doors, ventilation products, trailer parts and accessories, and towing equipment catering to the commercial trailer, RV, heavy-duty, marine, agriculture, and manufactured housing sectors, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for National Accounts.
Work Schedule:
Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with weekends off. Our Customer Service Representatives typically do not work on weekends.

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative role at Dexter involves inside sales responsibilities, including making sales calls to clients, responding to customer inquiries, providing technical product information, assisting with pricing and shipping lead times, entering sales orders into the business automation system, processing warranty claims and return requests, and addressing customer complaints.
Qualifications:
This position is ideal for a friendly, personable, and motivated inside sales representative who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to excel.
The preferred candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, a minimum of one year of relevant inside sales experience, and proficient computer and phone skills.
Training:
Dexter offers comprehensive on-the-job training, which includes technical product training, business system training, and instruction on company policies and procedures.
