Retail Sales Associate & Customer Experience Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Retail Sales Associate & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be vital in delivering exceptional customer service in our retail locations and through our e-commerce platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to our goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and driving company revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:  
- Warmly greet customers and provide personalized assistance with products and services.  
- Clearly explain our range of products and services to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.  
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available for purchase.  
- Resolve customer complaints and address special requests with professionalism and care.  
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.  
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat.

Operations: 
- Assist with the receiving, stocking, pricing, and managing merchandise.  
- Analyze inventory trends and manage stock levels, including ordering and avoiding overstock.  
- Support the team with special assignments and tasks as needed.  
- Be willing to work at either of our Mount Pleasant locations for training and coverage.

Qualifications: 
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.  
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.  
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
- Strong negotiation skills.  
- A 2-year degree or higher is preferred.  
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays.

This position will also include customer support responsibilities for our e-commerce operation.
