Job Description

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for turning pre-generated leads into qualified customer calls, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Qualification and Follow-up: Communicate with prospective customers to qualify leads and follow up on generated leads to solicit orders for products or services.
  • Sales and Estimating: Gather information on prospective customers' building needs and guide them through the estimating process, preparing estimates using design software as needed.
  • Product Knowledge and Support: Keep informed of updates to Building Codes and standard company drafting and engineering procedures, and provide pricing and job details data to order processing.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide post-sale customer service, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and identify and solve problems.
  • Order Processing and Administration: Enter and maintain prospect data into the appropriate area of the computer database system, create change orders as needed, and monitor drafting times.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
