Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with exceptional phone skills? Are you passionate about making a difference in the medical field? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative at a leading medical device company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices, to promote and sell our innovative medical devices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and qualify leads, nurturing prospects through the sales process and converting them into customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of our medical devices.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional phone skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Knowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
