We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, recruiting and mentoring drivers, and performing administrative tasks. You will also be tasked with analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve driver performance and client satisfaction.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring we meet our revenue targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the competition and continue to grow our market share.

In addition to your key account management duties, you will also be responsible for coordinating with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of logistics services. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improving process efficiencies, and implementing new technologies to enhance our operations.

We offer a competitive salary of $51,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year, plus additional benefits, including dental, medical, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plan, making this an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to unlock their potential in a dynamic and rewarding career.
