About the Role

The Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC) is committed to providing comprehensive services and support to individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness. Our Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team responds to emergent and imminent needs within King County, primarily covering Seattle. As a Crisis Outreach Services Coordinator, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working together to address crisis situations and connect clients with vital resources.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and psychological safety of clients, providing assessment, stabilization, and linkage to needed services. We value your ability to work effectively with diverse populations, collaborate with community providers, and advocate for clients' access to community resources and services.
