Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our service delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Expectations

The Lead Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Managing the total service delivery for the district's apartment communities, including providing direction and oversight to part-time associates.
  • Working closely with the Area Leader to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular meetings with part-time associates to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control standards.

Benefits and Compensation

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $24 per hour, plus additional compensation for mileage reimbursement if using a personal vehicle. A flexible schedule is also available, with Thursday to Monday shifts, offering a great work-life balance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess prior experience in customer service and people management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed.
