Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish/English), you will serve as the primary contact for our Spanish-speaking clientele. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, managing service requests, handling billing questions, and resolving various utility-related concerns. Additionally, you will extend support to English-speaking customers as necessary.

Compensation:
Salary: $18 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
Education Requirement: High School Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer calls and emails in both Spanish and English.
  • Provide precise information regarding utility services, billing, and account management.
  • Efficiently and professionally resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Process service requests, payments, and updates to customer accounts.
  • Assist customers in establishing new utility services and transferring existing accounts.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.

Essential Functions:
Availability to work weekends is required.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: 2 years.
  • Experience Level: Experienced.
