About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative to join our team at Conduent. As a member of our call center team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing comprehensive support to our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and other perks.
  • Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to create positive experiences for our customers and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to pass an internet speed test and connect to a modem/router via Ethernet cable.
  • Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency.
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a background check and potentially a drug test.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
