Compensation starts at $16/hr during training and increases to $17/hr upon reaching production levels, along with comprehensive benefits from the first day of employment.
Role Location: This position is primarily onsite.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
Production Schedule: Shifts may vary from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, with potential overtime required.
About the Role:
As a key member of the Benefits Customer Support team, you will engage with clients daily, addressing inquiries and providing information on employee benefits. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls.
- Listening attentively to customer needs regarding healthcare, retirement, and other employee benefits.
- Navigating multiple systems to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications:
We seek individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess the following attributes:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to pass an internet speed test (minimum download speed of 25 Mbps, upload speed of 5 Mbps, and ping less than 175 ms).
- Capability to connect to a modem/router via an ethernet cable.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check, which may include employment and education verification.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
