This role is remote, with all necessary equipment and comprehensive training provided.

Available Roles

  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative: Address customer inquiries and insurance policy needs by responding to questions about coverage, rates, billing concerns, and general policy reviews while promoting additional products.
  • Bilingual Claims Representative: Assist customers who have recently experienced accidents by showing empathy and initiating new claim reports; you will also have the opportunity to offer additional products.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • OR a minimum of two years of post-secondary education.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Training Information
Training sessions will be conducted for new hires.

Work Schedule
Most schedules will require availability on weekends and evening hours after training completion.

Home Office Requirements
  • A designated workspace that is free from noise and distractions.
  • High-speed internet connection at your own expense unless legally required otherwise.
  • Computer must be connected to the router or modem via a cable (no wireless connections allowed).
  • All Progressive hardware must be connected to a surge protector.
Compensation Package
  • Hourly wage of $20.25 or $21.50, depending on the selected role.
  • Gainshare bonus potential of 8% - 16% based on company performance.
  • An additional 10% for evening or weekend hours worked.
  • Performance-based incentives.
  • An extra $1.00/hour for bilingual candidates hired into specific roles.
