Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will engage with our clients by processing orders, addressing questions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services to our existing clientele.

Supervisory Duties:

  • No supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with customers through various channels including phone, email, online chat, or face-to-face to provide assistance and information regarding our offerings.
  • Collects and inputs orders for new or additional products or services, including billing information.
  • Utilizes customer interactions to promote additional or enhanced products and services whenever possible.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and complaints; escalates issues to the appropriate specialist or team member when necessary.
  • Takes appropriate actions to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of interactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, including active listening.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to resolve grievances effectively.
  • Proficient in computer skills with a willingness to learn new software applications.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service and/or telephone sales is required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.

Physical Demands:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
