We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer support team.
Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will engage with our clients by processing orders, addressing questions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services to our existing clientele.
Supervisory Duties:
- No supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers through various channels including phone, email, online chat, or face-to-face to provide assistance and information regarding our offerings.
- Collects and inputs orders for new or additional products or services, including billing information.
- Utilizes customer interactions to promote additional or enhanced products and services whenever possible.
- Addresses customer inquiries and complaints; escalates issues to the appropriate specialist or team member when necessary.
- Takes appropriate actions to resolve customer issues and concerns effectively.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of interactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, including active listening.
- Customer-focused with the ability to resolve grievances effectively.
- Proficient in computer skills with a willingness to learn new software applications.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and/or telephone sales is required.
- Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
Physical Demands:
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
