We are seeking a Lead Product Strategist to guide a dedicated team of Engineers, Designers, and Quality Assurance professionals. You will be developing solutions for both property owners and tenants as they navigate the rental landscape.

As a Lead Product Strategist at TurboTenant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of your product team, fulfilling the roles of both scrum master and product owner.
  • Collaborating with the TurboTenant Product Organization to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Establishing a quarterly roadmap that enhances user satisfaction while aligning with business objectives.
  • Leveraging behavioral analytics, user insights, and product metrics to assess and enhance product performance.
  • Strategically and analytically approaching product enhancement, technology improvements, and software development processes at TurboTenant.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience working closely with a team of engineers (3-5) on a software product with active users, and a passion for it.
  • Proficiency in writing use cases and managing projects using tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles, with practical experience in an agile setting.
  • Adept at synthesizing product requirements from diverse sources, including customer feedback, business objectives, and user data.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills that have inspired engineers and designers to collaborate with you.
  • Experience in conducting your own quality assurance and release planning, with a foundational understanding of Git Branching.
  • Ability to partner with internal stakeholders to formulate a product strategy, develop a roadmap, and execute it effectively.
  • Familiarity with product design principles and prior collaboration with a product designer. Bonus points for experience in Figma and updating screens within an existing design framework.
  • Enjoyment in engaging with customers, gathering and organizing feedback, and devising solutions to their challenges.
  • Experience with behavioral analytics platforms, preferably Mixpanel.
  • A minimum of 5 years in Product Management or related fields, with experience in a company of similar size to TurboTenant.

  • [Bonus] Experience leading a team focused on mobile application development.

Compensation for this role ranges from $132,000 to $150,000, plus equity. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
