As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing the project delivery process for a variety of healthcare projects, both domestically and internationally. You will collaborate with a network of design professionals who are committed to excellence and progressive solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the project delivery process for mid-to-large scale healthcare projects.
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure design and documentation meet project standards.
  • Lead an architectural project delivery team.
  • Engage in building and site design activities, including analysis, planning, and technical development.
  • Maintain and develop key client relationships.
  • Manage the development of construction documents, ensuring quality control and oversight of support staff.
  • Direct the creation and management of project specifications.
  • Produce detailed construction documents.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants throughout the project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Facilitate project scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Attend construction meetings and prepare necessary reports.
  • Conduct construction observations and address requests for information (RFIs).
  • Resolve project issues and enhance quality through effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by building client confidence.
  • Participate in discussions regarding team dynamics, staffing, and strategic pursuits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of technical delivery standards and practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 5-8 years of experience in healthcare architecture, with knowledge of relevant design and construction guidelines.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience with healthcare projects.
  • Professional registration in the relevant state.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation.
