Your Role as a Senior Solutions Engineer

In this position, you will support our enterprise clients in the South Florida region, reporting directly to the Regional Manager of Solutions Engineering.

You will collaborate closely with regional account executives to reshape our clients' perspectives on cloud security.

As their trusted advisor, you will address all aspects of cloud security across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. We are enthusiastic about technical sales and committed to helping our clients realize the full potential of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical guidance to our clients and prospects, contributing to the achievement of quarterly sales objectives.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to clients and prospects, including whiteboard sessions, product demonstrations, and proof of value outcomes.
  • Assist clients in developing comprehensive test plans to showcase the value of the Wiz platform within their environments.
  • Dedicate time to mastering new product features, staying updated on industry trends, and enhancing your technical expertise.
  • Represent Wiz at technical forums, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional demonstrations and training to our channel partners.
  • Expertise in the technical sales process.
  • Ability to thrive in a creative technical role, aiding partners in establishing a robust technical business delivery model.
  • Experience in a sales engineering capacity, providing solutions to C-level executives at enterprise organizations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in cloud security.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Background in network engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
  • Familiarity with risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access management, certificates, and keys.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with traditional Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools.
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Awareness of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
