Job Overview

Position Summary

CaptionCall, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Account Manager who is committed to enhancing communication for individuals with hearing loss. This role involves promoting the CaptionCall service and device by engaging with healthcare professionals and expanding our network of providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by showcasing the CaptionCall device and service to eligible users, Hearing Healthcare Providers, and Senior Community Administrators.
  • Manage a designated territory through face-to-face interactions, presentations, and events utilizing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Hearing Care Professionals on the patient certification and referral processes when necessary.
  • Represent CaptionCall at various industry events as assigned.
  • Adhere to the company's compliance policies diligently.
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to document daily activities and interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to CaptionCall employees and clients.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Supervisory Role

This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Travel Requirements

Travel may be required up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED.

Skills and Competencies

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance expectations and goals set by management.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Capability to travel by car and air as required.
  • Ability to adapt to the unique needs of individual healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient in delivering presentations to both small and large groups.
  • Flexibility to adjust to various sales environments and situations.
  • Dependable, organized, and punctual.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assistive technology for the hearing impaired is advantageous.
  • Experience working with senior populations is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge are required.

Working Conditions

  • Daily driving is necessary; a reliable, licensed, and insured vehicle must be available at all times.
  • A valid driver’s license must be maintained.
  • A good driving record is essential.
  • A PC (not a Mac) and high-speed internet connection are required to perform essential job functions.
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, crawl, kneel, lift, and move furniture as needed.
  • A positive attitude, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential for collaboration across departments.
