Position Summary:
The Account Leader (AL) plays a pivotal role within the Go-to-Market Team, tasked with the management and expansion of current business relationships, while ensuring exceptional customer retention and satisfaction. This position also involves supporting enterprise sales initiatives as directed by the Regional Manager.
The Account Leader will spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of water management programs for designated accounts in the region, collaborating closely with a Water Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Deliver outstanding service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Revenue Enhancement: Drive expansion and cross-selling within current client accounts
- Margin Preservation: Work alongside the RM to uphold or surpass company margin standards
- New Business Development: Support the identification and cultivation of new business opportunities
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and utilize insights during client interactions
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Employ analytical tools to track and pinpoint growth prospects
- Water Management Program Execution: Design and implement effective water management programs for clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific field
- Proven experience with sales methodologies and product knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of service delivery processes
- Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development
