Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations, the Client Relationship Executive will oversee all aspects of the sales process, including:

  • Enhancing sales and expanding market presence through both assigned and newly acquired accounts.
  • Managing established and new customer relationships by utilizing resources such as Salesforce and Hoovers.
  • Engaging with potential clients to ascertain their needs, hiring timelines, and fostering a close customer relationship.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Delivery team to identify client needs, qualify those needs, present top candidates, and gather feedback on candidates and interviews.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields, or military experience, or 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in sales (management experience preferred but not required).
  • A minimum of 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in staff augmentation or service-oriented sales, particularly within the IT sector, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency, excellent presentation abilities, and a high standard of professionalism and integrity are essential.
  • A genuine eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
