Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to bolster our Client Success team. This position reports directly to a Client Success Director and plays a crucial role in managing client relationships. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients, refining our organizational processes, and supporting the growth of our clients' travel package sales throughout their event lifecycle. This role requires collaboration across various departments, including Sourcing, Finance, Marketing, and Creative, to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a High-Performing Team
    • Collaborate closely with the Client Success Director to facilitate client onboarding and management.
    • Engage in team discussions, share updates on client events, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative strategies for growth.
  • Ensure Seamless Event Sales Execution
    • Assist in the onboarding and ongoing management of clients, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring clients meet their commitments.
    • Help create and maintain communication templates to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and tasks in our CRM, providing regular updates to the Client Success Team.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables and maintain high-quality standards.
    • Adopt a project management approach to client events, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and adherence to deadlines.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
    • Support clients in executing effective marketing strategies for their events.
    • Participate in client meetings to secure support for travel package marketing, documenting notes and action items.
    • Assist clients in fulfilling their marketing commitments and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance revenue through tailored marketing plans.
    • Enhance your knowledge of travel package marketing.
  • Maximize Client Revenue
    • Work with the Supply Team to create unique event itineraries with relevant add-ons and package inclusions.
    • Monitor the performance of each sale and provide strategic recommendations to clients for revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to navigate challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills and comfort in client-facing interactions.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment with frequent changes.
