Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive demeanor and professional image when interacting with sales partners and prospective clients.

• Articulate and showcase Shift4 Payments' comprehensive range of products and services to potential customers across various regions.

• Engage in continuous training and advanced learning about industry trends, service offerings, and technological solutions.

• Ensure consistent communication with sales partners through various channels including email and phone.

• Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve both personal and departmental objectives.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage documentation, new account paperwork, and sales reporting efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the credit card industry is essential.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.

• Flexibility to work across both EST and PST time zones.

• Experience with Canadian or international credit card processing is advantageous.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets and corporate expectations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with merchants.

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, contributing innovative ideas for departmental growth.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in liaising with various departments within Shift4.

• Exceptional organizational abilities, particularly in managing emails and tasks.

• Proficient in utilizing multiple company systems and departments efficiently.

• Capability to make a high volume of outbound calls daily.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

• Commitment to working in the office is expected.
