This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Executive at Cplse. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.
Main Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our territory revenues.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue with existing clients through new test offerings and IT solutions.
• Consistently meet sales goals and objectives, including monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our physician clients and Pathology Laboratories, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing clients.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to management.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting, including call reports, prospect lists, and annual business plans.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of medical sales experience, with a preference for clinical laboratory sales.
• Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and provide solutions.
• Strong closing skills and a thorough understanding of the sales call process.
• Ability to manage a large client base and meet new sales objectives.
• Sound computer skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
